Scope and definitions
VOID means the website available at voidfeed.ru, its software interfaces and related services operated under the VOID name. Administration means the person or persons who maintain the platform and exercise its technical and moderation functions. User means any person who visits VOID, creates an account, publishes material or otherwise uses its functionality. User Content includes posts, comments, messages, profile data, links, images, video and any other material submitted by a User.
This notice applies to every visitor and User to the extent relevant to the manner in which they use VOID. It is a public clarification of the legal and factual status of the project. It does not constitute an offer of legal services, individual legal advice, or a representation that any particular limitation will apply irrespective of mandatory law and the facts of a specific dispute.
Website owner and contact details
The owner and administrator of the VOID website is Andrey “BamBooK919” Iyunsky (Андрей “BamBooK919” Июньский). Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to the owner of VOID or the Administration in this document mean that person acting within the operation, technical maintenance and moderation of the platform.
Notices, rights-holder requests and other legally significant communications concerning VOID may be sent using the contact details published below. The sender is responsible for providing accurate return contact details and sufficient information to identify the subject and grounds of the request.
Independent status and no affiliation with X
VOID is an independent and unofficial community project. It is not a product, service, subdivision, representative office, agent, licensee, successor, authorised client or commercial substitute of X Corp. or X (formerly Twitter). VOID is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, reviewed or otherwise officially connected with X Corp., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers or representatives.
Any similarity between individual interaction patterns used by VOID and conventions familiar from social-network interfaces is intended exclusively to make navigation understandable and convenient. Such similarity does not indicate common ownership, common origin, authorisation, partnership or technological integration. The names X and Twitter, their logos, marks and distinctive elements remain the property of their respective lawful owners.
No statement, interface element or publication on VOID should be interpreted as a statement made by or on behalf of X Corp.
Dishonored and third-party intellectual property
VOID was created by fans for the Dishonored fan community. The project is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by or operated on behalf of Arkane Studios, Bethesda Softworks, ZeniMax Media, Xbox, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, successors, employees or representatives.
Dishonored, the fictional universe of the series, its characters, story elements, names, artwork, logos, screenshots, audio-visual materials and other protected objects, as well as the names and marks Arkane, Bethesda, ZeniMax, Xbox and Microsoft, belong to their respective rights holders. References to those objects are made solely for identification, discussion, commentary, criticism, news, cultural and non-commercial fan activity. VOID does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property and does not imply the grant, transfer or waiver of any right or licence.
Where protected material is quoted or illustrated, its use must remain proportionate to the legitimate informational, critical, polemical, educational or cultural purpose pursued and must comply with applicable law. The non-commercial nature of VOID does not by itself legalise every possible use of a third party’s work, image or trade mark.
Strictly non-commercial operation
VOID is operated on a fully non-commercial basis. The Administration does not charge for access to core platform functionality and does not receive revenue from the audience through advertising placements, paid subscriptions, sales of goods or services, donations, crowdfunding instruments, paid promotion or publication of payment details intended to monetise the project.
Technical expenses associated with hosting, domain registration, development, security and maintenance may be borne privately by the project owner. Payment of those expenses does not convert VOID into a commercial service and does not create an investment, consumer, franchise or sponsorship relationship between Users, the Administration and any third-party rights holder.
User Content and responsibility of authors
User Content reflects the views and choices of its respective author. It is not presumed to have been created, checked, endorsed or approved by the Administration or by any company or rights holder mentioned in this notice. Each User bears responsibility for the legality, accuracy, origin and consequences of the material they submit and represents that they possess the rights, permissions and lawful grounds required to publish it.
By submitting material to the platform, the User permits VOID to perform the technical acts objectively required to store, process, reproduce on users’ devices and display that material within the functionality requested by the User. This permission is limited to operating and providing VOID and does not transfer authorship or ownership to the Administration.
To the extent VOID merely provides the technical ability to place, transmit or access material supplied by Users, the Administration acts in that limited function as an information intermediary. This description does not remove duties imposed by law and does not prevent responsibility where the statutory requirements for limitation of intermediary liability are not met.
Moderation and prohibited use
Users must not use VOID to publish or distribute material prohibited by applicable law, unlawfully infringing intellectual property, privacy, honour, dignity, reputation or other protected interests, or designed to compromise the security and normal operation of the platform. Users must not impersonate rights holders, their representatives or the Administration.
The Administration may, but is not obliged to, conduct moderation; restrict visibility; preserve relevant technical records; suspend accounts; or remove material where reasonably necessary to protect Users and third parties, maintain security, comply with a binding legal requirement or respond to a sufficiently substantiated complaint. Moderation is not continuous prior review and does not amount to the Administration assuming authorship or approving all material that remains available.
Availability, accuracy and external resources
VOID and all its functionality are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Administration does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, permanently secure or indefinitely available operation, and does not guarantee that every defect will be corrected within a particular period. Functionality may be modified, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, development, security, legal compliance or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Information published by Users may be incomplete, subjective, outdated or inaccurate. Each User independently assesses whether it is appropriate to rely on such information. Links may lead to third-party websites and applications governed by their own terms and privacy practices. VOID does not control their content, availability, security or data-processing methods; a link does not constitute endorsement or a recommendation.
Legally permitted limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special loss caused by use of or inability to use VOID; reliance on User Content; interaction with other Users; access to third-party resources; temporary interruption; unauthorised acts of third parties; malware introduced by third parties; or loss, corruption or disclosure of data caused by circumstances outside the Administration’s reasonable control.
The User accepts the ordinary and objectively foreseeable risks of online communication, public posting and file exchange, including copying of publicly accessible material by third parties. Nothing in this notice excludes liability for intentional misconduct or otherwise excludes or limits rights and liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.
The wording “as is” does not abolish mandatory legal guarantees. Every limitation on this page applies only to the extent that the applicable law allows it in the circumstances concerned.
Rights-holder notices and good-faith response
A rights holder or authorised representative who reasonably believes that material available through VOID infringes their rights may submit a notice to the Administration through an official contact channel published on the platform. The notice should identify the applicant and their authority, the protected object, the exact location of the disputed material, the nature of the alleged infringement and reliable contact details.
The Administration may request clarification or evidence sufficient to assess the notice and will consider properly substantiated requests in good faith. Where there are adequate legal and factual grounds, reasonable measures may include restricting access, preserving relevant information, requesting an explanation from the User or removing the disputed material. Submission of a knowingly false or misleading notice may give rise to responsibility under applicable law.
Interpretation, severability and revision
Headings, summaries and highlighted notes are included for convenience and do not narrow the substantive provisions. If any provision is found invalid, unenforceable or inapplicable, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent legally possible, and the affected provision is interpreted as closely as possible to its lawful purpose.
The Administration may revise this notice when the platform, applicable requirements or material circumstances change. The current version is published on this page with its revision date. No amendment creates retroactive consent where such consent is independently required by law.
